Hot Off The Mess: Gregg Daniel
True Blood actor and HOTM favorite Gregg Daniel is respiring his role as the famous Charles Dickens character Jacob Marley in the play “A Christmas Carol.”
This is Daniel’s fifth year in a row reprising the role at South Coast Repertory where Dickens’ Christmas classic has come to life for the past 35 years!
It’s rare that an African American actor is cast as the “The Ghost of Jacob Marley,” making Daniel’s performance even more extraordinary and exciting to watch.
For those of you who have been living under a rock for the past century, “A Christmas Carol” is the world famous Holiday play about the old grump Ebenezer Scrooge and his encounter with three ghosts on Christmas Eve.
